Could be chaos ahead

"We are the guardians of western borders"

State heading to possible chaos . It is not a solution of prevailing situation. Politically elected government needs to step in, otherwise, it would be hard to counter violence. Historical context and role of social media cannot be ignored while dealing with tribal. They are custodian of our western borders and they have serving there since independence of the country. They own their land, they are unaware of civil suits and our administrative system right now. It will take time to bring them in mainstream. Expecting from them to behave like people living in Peshawar is not sensible expectation. They have been living in undeserved and governed by extremists groups for last four decades. Hold your horses, let them take breath in non-violent living environment.

                   Political administration was placed in regime of East Company to control the law and order situation in FATA. After departure of the company, the area was declared "no go areas for general public". Tribes and clans had great fights with each other to get trained wise ownership of areas. State continued with established governance system by the company. Political agents were the king of tribal areas and were ruling them through well-crafted structure. The tribal Malik were receiving different preaches sanctioned by the company.  Time was passing through, and USA started new adventures from 2002 and the initiated adventures reach at peak after 9/11. Uzbek, Tajik and other foreign fighters started accessing buffer zone “FATA" where tribal men joined their hands. Another emerging power surfaced with the name of Taliban who controlled the FATA.

                   Indeed, it is not their entire fault; it is fault of our regimes. The historical regime of Mr. Zia Ul Haq did experiment of Islamization to support dollar war against USSR. He was killed along with his likeminded. Hameed Gul was not in position or intentionally did not want to redress trained fighters who later joined anti state conspiracies.

Ali Wazir, I knew him personally, he sacrificed 16 members of his family. His struggle to restore peace in his native areas is not hidden from me. His leadership qualities are also admirable. I was happy when I heard news of his victory and I was upset when I heard that he joined hands of Manzoor Pashteen to run a moment aiming to protect ethnic group. His followers were not from any ethnic group but people from all races and ethnicity were standing in venues to support his cause. He delivered speech in Lahore even supported by National Student Federation (NSF) and there a lot of crowd from Punjab.

I am not eye witness of what has happened in North Waziristan and do not believe in mainstream print and electronic media, but one thing I must say with confident and true letter of spirit that state must being them on table. Beating and shouting is not a solution, history witnesses that guns always bring unrest. State has to find its political solution. They are citizen of Pakistan, it was responsibility of state to develop consensus by engaging community at large before starting construction of boundary wall. Still state has time to resume political dialogues by recognizing their existence as citizen of Pakistan.

On other hand, contents of uploaded videos at social media showing deliberate attacks of gathered people at check posts. Using violent and abusing language while arguing violently with deployed soldiers. One man in white dress was saying in a video "this land belongs to our forefathers, who are you to build check post here and stopping natives to not use this road". Few soldiers were negotiating with mob, meanwhile, mob entered the cordoned off area by flowing Mr. Ali Wazir and Mohsin Daur (legislatures). Instantly, soldiers pushed triggers. As a result, three were killed and 45 sustained injuries. Forces detained Mr. Ali Khan Wazir and other one was escaped from incident place.

Still state has enough time to work with mainstream political parties to reduce the intense situation. We all have to care our land, it is our country, and we have to have its value. We had made blunders in past, we had been destroying the values of a nation.  The speaker of National Assembly must issue reproduction order and bring both legislatures in house to find way out.
