Turkey will not buy oil from Iran

National Interests are greater than anything else. The picture makes statement of Chuck Hagel valid till date “Our foreign policy needs to support our energy, economic, defense and domestic policies. It all falls within the arch of national interest. There will be windows of opportunity, but they will open and close quickly”. Perhaps, Turkish foreign minister is aware of above quot. Turkey advancing as key ally of USA by realizing value of state in region by extending respect and cooperation for re-imposed sanctions by USA against Iran. Turkish Foreign Minister Yavuz Selim Kiran said, “As a strategic ally of the US, we respect the sanctions,” at a meeting in Washington DC.

            Initially Turkey was exempted from the sanctions but the exemption was ended on 02 May 2019. The ended exemptions were not renewed even for China, India and Japan. Turkey will not deal further with Iran.  For more details, click on below given website link.
