سوجھی آنکھیں سرخ گال "میں اج بھی کسی بچی کی سوجھی آنکھیں اور سرخ گال دیکھتا ھوں تو جان جاتا ھوں کہ کسی  امیر کے گھر کے برتن ٹوٹے ہیں" کرشن چندر صاحب سرمایہ دار جاگیردار کے ھاتھوں کے نشان غریبوں کے گالوں پر شائد ہمیشہ ہی دیکھے تبھی تو لکھ دیا۔ ان نشانوں کی تاریخ انسان کی ارتقاء کے ساتھ جڑی ہوئی ھے۔ جون جون انسان ترقی کرتا گیا ان نشانوں نے بھی ترقی کی ہاں البتہ ترقی پذیر ریاستوں میں موجود سرخ گالوں پر وہی پرانے نشان ملتے ہیں جبکہ ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں یہ نشان انسانی ارتقاء کے ساتھ کافی حد تک بدل چکے ہیں-  ریاستیں قانوں اور پالیسی سازی کے ذریعے آج کے دور میں غریبوں کے گال سرخ کرتے ہیں۔ حقوق کا پرچار بھی وہیں ھوتا ہے جہاں حقوق غصب کیے جاتے ھوں۔ پرچار نہ ھو اس لیے غریب کے لیے دستیاب شعور کی سیڑھی کو دیمک ذدہ رکھا گیا ھے۔ نہ سوچ پروان چڑھے اور نہ ہی شعور کی بند کھڑکی کھلے۔ قانوں اور پالیسی ساز اداروں میں سرمایہ دار جاگیردار یا ان کے حمایت یافتہ گروہوں کا قبضہ اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ آج جتنی بھی آنکھیں سوجھی ھوئی اور سرخ گال نظر آتے ہیں وہ انہی کی مرہونِ منت ہیں۔ بلکہ اب ب...

No doubt, ball is in our court. It is we who have to perform duties and showcase responsibilities –social distancing. States are  playing  their role. Continuously on airing and disseminating updated information and data to create aware among people on precautionary measures. Besides, affected states are  subsiding  and approving economic bailout plans to bolster sinking economies. Establishment of quarantine centers is on move. Lock-down was the only preventive option left with states. State of citizen's responsibility in the time of  COVID-19  is unlike expectations especially in Pakistan where government of Pakistan has.
